Opi was a cat born and raised outside. She was trapped as part of a TNR project, but couldn't be returned to the site because it was not a suitable environment, and there was concern for her (and her family). They were all going to be relocated. It was January, and their foster parent was waiting for spring before making the transition. Well, in that short amount of time they all really came around! Incredibly, in just a short amount of time, these gorgeous adult cats became quite acclimated to indoor living. Opi enjoys gentle attention, and can be comfortably handled. She's a bit shy in our house because its a pretty active home, and she would be better suited in a quite house. Even so, she purrs and shows affection. She's not a lap cat (yet), but we see potential. Opi is spayed, up to date on rabies and distemper shots, she has been dewormed and was given flea treatments upon intake.
